• You can download our Garda Vetting form here or one of our recruitment consultants will send it to you directly
• Please note Garda Vetting can take up to 10 working days to complete

Pre-Assessment Health Screening Form

• You can download this form here
• Please upload to your personal profile
• This will also include your vaccination/immunity status

NMBI Certification

• Please upload to your personal profile
• To be renewed yearly

Management of Actual and Potential Aggression (MAPA)

• Available to complete on HSeLanD
• Permanently Valid Certification

Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults

• Available to complete on HSeLanD
• Valid for 2 years

Patient Moving and Handling

• Must be completed in person for patient moving and manual handling
• Courses are available all over Ireland
• Remains valid for 3 years
• Clarity hope to have training up and running in 2023

Basic Life Support (CPR)

• Must be completed in person
• Courses are available all over Ireland
• Remains valid for 2 years
• Clarity hope to have training up and running in 2023

Fire training

• Must be completed in person
• Courses are available all over Ireland
• Remains valid for 3 years
• Clarity hope to have training up and running in 2023

Hand Hygiene & Infection Control

• Available to complete on HSeLanD
• Valid for 2 years

Fundamentals of GDPR

• Available to complete on HSeLanD
• Valid for 2 years

Dignity at Work

• Available to complete on HSeLanD
• Valid for 2 years

Cyber Security

• Available to complete on HSeLand
• Valid for 1 year

Open Disclosure

• Available to complete on HSeLanD
• Valid for 3 years

Children First

• Available to complete on HSeLanD
• Valid for 3 years

Anaphylaxis for HCP (Vaccination roles only)

• Must be completed in person
• Courses are available all over Ireland
• Remains valid for 2 years

Community Intervention Team Only

• AMRIC Prevention
• Must be completed in person
• Courses are available all over Ireland
• Remains valid for 3 years

Intravenous Administration

• Must be completed in person
• Courses are available all over Ireland
• Remains valid for 2 years

PIVC

• Must be completed in person
• Courses are available all over Ireland
• Remains valid for 3 years

Urethral Catheterisation

• Must be completed in person
• Courses are available all over Ireland
• Remains valid for 5 years

Supra-Pubic Catheter Change

• Must be completed in person
• Courses are available all over Ireland
• Remains valid for 5 years

Registered Psychiatric Nurses Only

• Mental Health Act Training
• Must be completed in person
• Courses are available all over Ireland
• Remains valid for 5 years

Therapeutic Management of Violence and Aggression

• Must be completed in person
• Courses are available all over Ireland
• Remains valid for 2 years

Mileage Claim (Community Roles Only)

• Car Registration Certificate
• Proof of Insurance Policy
• Declaration to use your own car for travel, indemnifying Clarity Locums and the HSE
