Clarity Recruitment is looking for a Support Pharmacist for a busy family run pharmacy in Kanturk, Co. Cork.

• Competitive rate (45-50eph)
• Full training (vaccinations, etc.)
• PSI fees

What you need to know:  
This is a maternity cover role (with potential to extend to permanent), which will ideally commence ASAP but the pharmacy is willing to wait for the right candidate. The role will require you to work 3-4 days per week with 1 Sat per month until March 2024. It will be a 4 day week after that. No Sundays or late nights past 7pm required! You will work alongside a strong support staff, including another support pharmacist and 4 technicians, to help you cater to a steady flow of customers. MPS is the software used.  

What you’ll be doing:  

• Provide a safe and efficient dispensing service in accordance with the pharmacy guidelines
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of medicines
• Engage actively with customers to encourage customer loyalty and confidence
• Maintain appropriate stock levels in the Pharmacy ensuring the correct storage and monitoring of dated products
• Any other duties as required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• Ability to work as part of the team as well as on your own initiative
• Good time management 
• Passion for the delivery of excellent customer service  

What we require:  

• Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) 
• Vaccinating experience or interest in vaccinating (full training provided)
