Clarity are currently recruiting for
Director of Nursing for a Nursing Home based in
South Dublin
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Providing leadership to all staff
- Leading on strategic development for the hospital
- Overseeing the delivery of clinical excellence and quality care
- Responsible for infection prevention and control within the hospital
- Responsible for safeguarding people with care needs within the hospital
About you:
- Be fully registered with the NMBI
- A minimum of 7 years post registration experience.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Nurse Manager
- A minimum of 3 years’ caring for older persons in the last 6 years
- Management qualification QQI Level 6 or above
- Post graduate qualification in Gerontological Nursing or in a related field (desirable)
