Clarity is recruiting for a Diabetes Liaison Nurse for a hospital in South Dublin

To provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality, respect, caring and compassion are at the center of all we do. The Diabetes liaison nurse works with the Diabetes ANP and under the direction of the ADON to ensure that objectives, outcomes and goals are achieved

Experience required

NMBI Registered General Nurse license
Minimum five years post registration experience in an acute setting
Have 2 years’ experience working in a relevant clinical setting

Job Specific Competencies and Knowledge

  •  Able to use own initiative.
  •  Ability to work as part of the multidisciplinary team.
  •  Effective communication skills.
  •  Able to manage busy workload.
  •  Committed to service.
  •  Willing to partake in the extended role of the nurse following appropriate training.
