Clarity  are currently recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 for Interventional Radiology  position for a hospital based in Dublin  

The role of the Clinical Nurse Manager I is pivotal to co-ordination and management of the nursing services in the Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging Dept. They are responsible for the planning, co-ordination, and the effective and efficient management of resources by leading, managing, and developing the nursing, healthcare assistant and carers team to ensure excellence in patient care.   

The ideal candidate should be/have:

• Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
• Have at least 3 years post registration experience of which 1 must be in the speciality of interventional radiology and interventional cardiology
• Have the clinical, managerial, and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role
• Candidates must demonstrate evidence of Continuing Professional Development
• Management Course
• Knowledge of JCI, HIQA or similar accreditation system
