Clarity & I are recruiting a Senior Clinical pharmacist for one of Dublin HSE Addiction services. 

• Full training provided, No Clinical Experience needed (3 years experience is needed).

What you need to know:
This is a Full-time role (35hrs),  Monday-Friday primarily, some weekend work will be required. Hours of work are primarily between 9am-4pm Mon-Fri & 9am-11am on weekends.
Full training is provided, no clinical experience or knowledge is needed, but experience with methadone and other healthcare checks is desired.
The salary follows the HSE payscale (Enquire for explanation). 

Multidisciplinary cooperation and a high level of communication between both clinical and non-clinical staff
members is required, to ensure the needs of the patients attending are met and a continuum of care is provided.

What you'll be doing:

• Within this service, each member of the pharmacy team works collaboratively as part of the multi-disciplinary team of the clinic site and reports directly to the Chief ll. Pharmacist. The majority of DTCs operate on a seven-day basis and the pharmacist provides a service to some patients each day. Patients who have stabilised in their treatment may be prescribed OAT and medication for self-administration at home.
• You will be expected to co-operate and work in harmony with other teams and disciplines in the sites.
• Conduct day-to-day operations of the pharmacy service within an evidence-based quality and multi-disciplinary healthcare environment.
• Staff management and supervision, in-service training and professional development and development of medicines protocols.

What we require:

• At least 3 years post-registration experience,
• Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland is a must,
• knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
