Update for Well Pharmacy Locums

Well Pharmacy has asked us to share the following information with Locums who work with them/are planning to work with them in the future.

Time to Digitise and Reduce the Use of Paper in Well Pharmacies: Responsible Pharmacist (RP) Registers, Fridge Temperature Records and Visitor Logs.

To help you understand these changes, Well have created a one-page guide and a quick video which covers each category. The Task Tracker message was issued on 13th February 2023 and all well pharmacy teams should now have the processes fully implemented and are using the digital logs.

Please read the attached one-page guides below and ensure you know how to complete the RP record and other records when necessary.
