Swapping Locum Shifts via Our App

Have you ever booked a locum shift and then realised that the day doesn’t suit? Instead of cancelling, Clarity Locums allows you the option to swap a confirmed shift with a colleague or friend!

The process is easy and can be completed on the go, straight from the Clarity Locums app:

Step 1

Head to the shift details screen of the shift that you would like to swap. Select the 'Swap with another candidate' button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2

You will need to enter the PSI number of the locum you are swapping with. We may also ask for the candidate's email so that we can verify the swap request.

Step 3

Finally, you will need to confirm that you have permission from the alternative locum to send them the swap request.

Once you confirm the invitation to swap an email is sent to the locum to confirm the swap. It's important to note that you will remain booked until the swap is confirmed.
