In order to simply the payment process, and in our sustainability efforts to go paperless, working with Clarity Locums eliminates the need for paper timesheets. Instead, once you have completed your first shift as an agency nurse with Clarity Locums, you'll receive an email to verify your shift.
In order to get paid, it’s mandatory to verify your shifts using the Clarity Locums app or website after each shift. To do this, you can click on the shift you have completed and check to see the hours, pay and break times are correct.
If all looks correct you can click on the ‘verify’ button. When you opt to verify your shift, it will give the option to accrue or request holiday pay. If you request your holiday pay you must enter a future date that you will not be working. Holiday pay is paid monthly, usually the 3rd week of the following month.
