April 2020: New client app

THE WAIT IS OVER
Last April when we launched our new booking system we did not include a client app, forcing clients to use the website interface. Today we are rectifying this, allowing clients to log in and manage their bookings from the Clarity Locums app. Below, you will find a brief outline of the functionality included in the first iteration of this app.

Upon opening the app, you will enter the dashboard page where all your shifts, irrespective of their status, from today onwards will be displayed. You can filter the displayed shifts by tapping the filter button.

Once you click "Filter" you will be able to filter shifts by date, store, and status. If you cannot find the shift you require you can add it by tap the "Add shift" function on the bottom tool bar.

Adding a shift is simple, select the profession type, billed rate and the store you require cover for. Your store's default opening hours will pre-populate the start and end time. You can edit these or add lunch minutes as appropriate.
