At Clarity Locums, we believe our agency nurses are the heartbeat of the healthcare system and our business. That’s why we were thrilled to host a free, in-person training day for our nursing team right here at our Merrion Square office.
Led by one of our expert clients, the training session focused on upskilling and practical support for our nurses working in various healthcare settings. The session was packed with valuable insights and hands-on learning!
But it wasn’t all work and no play; we broke for a delicious pizza lunch and took the time to sit down together, chat, and connect beyond the clinic floor. Over slices of pizza and wings, we had open and honest conversations about what’s working well, and where there’s room for improvement.
From their day-to-day wins to ongoing challenges and creative suggestions, we listened closely. Every piece of feedback helps us build a better experience! Whether that's through improving the Clarity Locums app, enhancing our website, or refining how we support nurses via our agency services.
