As any nurse will know, continuing education is a lifelong learning process which nurses need to engage in on an ongoing process. Courses are required to be completed in order to acquire new knowledge and competence to practice effectively in an ever-changing health care environment. Clarity has a set list of compliance requirements certificates in order for nurses to be compliant with HSE agency nursing guidelines, which is assigned to nurses upon the initial onboarding process.
