June 2020: New app feature - In App Chat

Our latest app release, launched this morning, now integrates with our web chat partner Intercom. Intercom is an Irish success story, founded in 2011 in Dublin it is now valued in excess of one billion euros. Their chat feature is second to none and allows our locums and clients to chat with our team in realtime via our app and website.

In the app, the chat interface is found in the bottom right-hand corner.

 

Simply tap the Intercom icon to start a chat, this interface is captured in the video below.
