Clarity are recruiting a CNM1 - Medical Ward for a hospital based in Kilkenny 
The CNM1 has a pivotal role in service planning, co-ordinating, and managing activity and resources within the clinical area. The CNM 1 will co-ordinate and lead in the implementation and provision of quality care

The ideal candidate must be/have:

• Have a full NMBI registration and be active on the NMBI register -
  Decision Letters will not be accepted
• Minimum of 2 years' post registration experience within a management position
• Ideally have two years experience working within Medical/Surgical
• Ensure effective teamwork by good communication with all members of the multidisciplinary team to enable continuity of care and a safe environment for patients and staff, following local protocols and standards
